We bought a house when the market crashed (in early 2012). Foreclosed, major fixer, unlivable. This blog is about the journey of two women going through the process of restoring a house from a swampy, unlivable dump to a classy, livable home. Let our mistakes and successes serve as amusement and lessons for anyone going through the process of buying (or trying to buy) a foreclosed home, or taking on any sort of home improvement project. Your comments and advice are appreciated.
